API base URL: https://api.xbase.app/api/external/v1, with Authorization: Bearer xsk_… (key created in Integrations → Agents & APIs → API keys).
WhatsApp: list numbers and templates and send a template (/whatsapp/numbers, /whatsapp/templates). Details in WhatsApp.
